This policy applies to all domestic US and international orders of NORTHWA jewelry products.
1. Processing Time
All orders will be processed, quality-inspected and packaged within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and US federal holidays). Orders during peak sales seasons may be slightly delayed.
2. Delivery Time
US Domestic Orders: 5–10 business days after shipment. International Orders: 10–25 business days after shipment, depending on customs clearance and local logistics efficiency.
3. Shipping Fee & Safety
Shipping cost is calculated automatically based on destination and package weight. All jewelry orders are safely packaged with professional gift boxes. We offer insured shipping for high-value items to avoid loss or damage during transit. Free shipping promotions will be announced on the store homepage from time to time.
4. Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your registered email once your order ships. You can track delivery status online in real time.
5. Customs & Undeliverable Rules
International orders may incur local import duties and taxes, which are borne by the buyer. If the package is returned due to wrong address, unreachable contact or customer refusal to clear customs, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
