NORTHWA provides customer-friendly return and refund services for all eligible orders, protecting your shopping rights.
1. Return Period
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date you receive the package.
2. Return Conditions
All returned items must be unused, unworn, unoxidized, unscratched, with original gift box, tags and complete accessories, and can be resold normally.
3. Non-Returnable Situations
Items worn, damaged, oxidized or artificially altered; items without original packaging; customized/engraved products; final sale clearance items; returns exceeding 30 days are not eligible for return or refund.
4. Return Process
1. Email our customer service to submit a return request with your order number and product photos. 2. Wait for our review and official return address instructions within 24 hours. 3. Send back the package following requirements and provide tracking number. 4. We will inspect items within 3–5 business days after receiving your return.
5. Refund Rules
For quality problems or our shipping errors: full refund and we cover return shipping fees. For personal reason returns (style dislike, size unsuitable): customer bears return shipping fees. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
