Q1: How do I know my order is confirmed?

A: US domestic delivery takes 5–10 business days. International delivery takes 10–25 business days, subject to customs clearance.
Q3: What if my jewelry arrives broken or defective?
A: Please contact us via email within 48 hours after delivery with photos of defects. We will verify and offer free return, exchange or full refund.
Q4: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: You can cancel or modify your order for free before shipment. Once shipped, no modification or cancellation is available; you may apply for return after receiving the package.
Q5: Will the jewelry fade or tarnish?
A: Our jewelry adopts high-quality anti-tarnish finishing. Under daily normal wear, it is durable and not easy to fade. To prolong service life, please avoid long-term contact with water, sweat, perfume and chemical cosmetics.
Q6: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we support global shipping. Import tariffs for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
Q7: How long does the refund take to process?
A: After inspection and approval, refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment platform’s processing speed.
